Our services are led by Reshma Patel, a registered dietitian and personal performance coach, and are supported by a highly qualified team. The team are committed to investing in long term health and wellbeing of the workforce.  

 

One-to-One Appointments (15-30 Minutes) 

Our personalised 15- to 30-minute consultations offer individualised advice based on blood results, clinical conditions, and any general questions on nutrition and well-being. Employees gain the insight needed to make informed health choices, improving both their quality of life and workplace performance. 

 

Corporate Talks 

We also offer a series of talks that can be delivered in person or virtually over Zoom. These talks are designed to provide actionable advice and information in an engaging and accessible manner. 

1. Taking Wellness to a New Height
