In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting VitalSigns Wellness terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Exclusions and Limitations

None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected. 

 

Cancellation, Refunding, Rescheduling and Payments 

If you find that you can no longer make your appointment date, or in the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied before your assessment takes place (even on the day when you arrive at your clinic), please email our team at info@vitalsignswellness.co.uk. You can either cancel your appointment and not be charged, or we will happily rearrange your appointment date or time subject to current availability. 

Age appropriate 

Our health assessments are suitable for adults aged between 18 and 79.  We cannot offer health assessments to individuals under the age of 18. 

 

Late Cancellation, Lateness and No Show 

If you forget your appointment, fail to arrive without letting us know in advance (no-show), or are late you are not entitled to rescheduling. Late appointments will be accommodated at the discretion of our staff operating the clinic. 

 

Results Reports 

With some health checks your report will be electronically sent to you directly after your appointment. In other health checks where blood samples are sent for testing to a laboratory, we aim to provide you with your report within 10 days of your health assessment, however, please note your report may be slightly delayed subject to bank holidays.  

 

GP Advisory Services 

VitalSigns Wellness have made provision for you to speak with a GP, if necessary, after your Results Report has been produced. 

This service is only available for Integral appointment types.   

 

Availability.

The services offered on our website are only relevant to postings from the United Kingdom or within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise indicated. The UK market is the only one for which any advertising is meant. It is entirely your responsibility to determine if any downloads, programmes, or text made accessible through this website are suitable for your intended use. Without the company's express written agreement, it is forbidden to redistribute or republicate any part of this website or its content, including by framing or other comparable techniques. Despite our best efforts, the Company does not guarantee that the service from this site will be error-free, timely, or uninterrupted. The purpose of our customer feedback surveys is to help improve our service at VitalSigns Wellness. All surveys are optional, and each survey can only be completed once per customer. Use of data 

In providing you with our products and services, we may disclose personal information to third parties, including disclosure to other persons or organisations engaged by us or acting on our behalf in relation to the provision of our services or the operation of our business. When engaging a third party, we require they handle your personal information in accordance with all relevant privacy laws, and solely for their engagement. If you would like to opt out, you may do so when registering at your health clinic. 

The user grants the right to VitalSigns Wellness Ltd to use all survey responses, testimonials, submitted use information and other materials (collectively “User content”) communicated, submitted or transmitted by the user through this site or partner sites. 

 

Force Majeure 

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein. 

 

General 

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. 

 

Informed Consent 

At VitalSigns Wellness, we believe that regular health assessments can help you to keep check of your health and understand various potential risks early enough to take preventive action if necessary. 

 

We wait until all readings are collated and processed before sending you a thorough results report since we think it's crucial to explain the context of your results. There is never a 100% perfect appraisal. Because of this, it's crucial to keep in mind during an evaluation that receiving a high score on a particular test does not always indicate that you have a specific health issue; instead, it may call for additional research. Usually, your doctor will handle this as they will have access to your whole medical history. Our reports try to make it clear what any test pertains to because we understand that there may be some fear if your findings are higher. On the other hand, a low result on any test does not guarantee that you won't have a certain illness. We therefore also want to provide our clients with information on preventative measures they can take to maintain their health.  

 

We hope that everything will meet your expectations and that the report will be beneficial when we see you for your 'health check'. Please ask a member of the team if you need more information about a certain test. We are always happy to assist.  

 

Our services 

Our health assessments include questions, measurements, physical testing, and biological sample collection. Some biological sample testing services are provided by third party suppliers. 

We do not provide individual advice or personal recommendations about what type of health assessment is suitable for you. We apply age and gender restrictions to certain tests if they’re in your health assessment package. 

Our health assessments are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your health, or any specific questions about any medical matter, you should consult your doctor or other professional healthcare provider. If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition you should seek immediate medical attention. 

You should not use our services if you have symptoms of illness. If after making a booking, or on the day of a health assessment, you have symptoms of illness, please advise us immediately so that we can cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

You should not use our services if you are pregnant. If after booking you find out you are pregnant, please advise us so we can cancel or reschedule your appointment to three months after childbirth. 

 

Our services are not a replacement for medical treatment, nor are they diagnostic. The information contained within your results report does not constitute medical advice.

It is important to note that test ranges are correct at the time of reporting but are subject to change in line with advances in medical research, policy and practice. VitalSigns Wellness works with multiple partner laboratories and ranges may vary between them; this is because different laboratories may use different equipment and testing methods. Due this reason, please take care when viewing results and if you need further guidance, please seek professional medical advice.

 

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
